	Ian Campbell-Bruce. Art Director Iain initially worked as a senior art director in Melbourne and Sydney advertising agencies. He then formed his own advertising agency with two partners and operated successfully for 13 years handling both national and multi-national clients. During that time, the agency won both TV and print awards. Iain's involvement is in the strategy, promotion and graphic arts area.
	Rod Heard. Graphic Designer Rod is a valued member of the team. He produces the artwork for the WHICH CHRISTIAN GUIDES and supervises the design and implementation of  the web site, www.whichchristian.com.au Rod also works on other TGA projects. In his spare time, Rod is musical director at Narrabean Baptist Church.
	Joan Hoyle. Administration Joan first met Tom Glynn when she joined Tom Glynn Advertising as Accountant/Media co-ordinator. This involvement has continued over the years. Today Joan brings her administation and financial skills to the agency. Joan has three children and is married to Tim. They live in Turramurra.
	Andy Otes. Copywriter Andy worked as Creative Director for leading advertising agencies for 10 years before starting his own successful business. He has worked with TGA for over 10 years.  Andy has  a tremendous depth of experience, especially in direct response marketing and fund raising projects which he brings to the Tom Glynn and Associates team. He writes film scripts in his spare time.
	Craig Woodhead. Art Director Craig has enjoyed a 10 year association with Tom Glynn and Associates, providing graphic design and art direction services for the TGA clients. His career began as an illustrator in Melbourne before moving to Sydney where he pursued a career as a graphic designer in retail and direct marketing agencies. He started his creative consultancy in 1991.
